Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you love your Fondea pieces. If something isn't quite right, we offer returns in accordance with the terms below.
Returns Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to notify us that you wish to return an item. Returned items must then be received by us within 14 days of your return request being approved.
To be eligible for a refund, all items must:
  • Be unworn, unused and unwashed.
  • Be returned in their original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, smoke, pet hair, stains, marks or odours.
  • Be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.
  • Not have been altered, damaged or repaired after delivery.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Fondea reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above requirements. Where a return is rejected, the item may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact our Customer Services team at customerservices@fondeastudios.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for your return.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Fondea is not responsible for items lost, delayed or damaged during return transit.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless an item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any duties, taxes, customs charges or import fees paid are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the date your return is received for processing. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
Refunds will only be issued for eligible returned items.
Where an item shows signs of wear, damage, staining, washing, alteration or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item, Fondea reserves the right to make a deduction from the refund amount to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, as permitted by applicable law.
Sale Items
Items marked as Sale, Clearance, Archive Sale, Final Sale or Promotional Sale are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, or where otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing discounted items.
Exchanges
At this time, Fondea does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour or style, please place a new order and return your original item in accordance with this policy.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing every order. If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact customerservices@fondeastudios.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs showing the fault or damage.
Where a fault is confirmed, Fondea will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper washing, misuse, alterations or failure to follow care instructions will not be considered manufacturing faults.
Excessive Returns
Fondea reserves the right to refuse returns, suspend accounts or restrict future purchases where we reasonably believe a customer is abusing our returns policy, including but not limited to repeated returns of worn items, fraudulent activity or excessive return patterns.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
